DASH Semiconductor (大树半导体) is based in Shenzhen, at the centre of China's power-electronics supply chain. We understand what a substrate has to survive in a power module: reflow, sintering, wire bonding and thermal cycling, and we check the details that matter.

We started DASH because getting a custom substrate sample usually takes four to six weeks. By keeping ceramic panels and copper in stock and handling etching and finishing ourselves, we ship in five to six days.
